Draft for legal review — not yet in force.
This notice explains how Riches & Guards Ltd. (“Riches & Guards”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website.
Who we are
Riches & Guards Ltd. is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about it at succession@richesandguards.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, country of residence and preferred contact method and, if you ask us to call you, your phone number and preferred contact time, together with any message you write.
We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or information about your assets through this website, and we ask you not to send them.
Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the website securely, such as IP addresses and browser information in server logs.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to protect the website against misuse.
Legal bases
We rely on the steps you ask us to take before any engagement, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the website secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the website, deliver form messages and handle our email, under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside Cyprus and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps one item in your browser’s session storage to remember that the opening animation has already played; it never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
